SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping at HoodLife Cycling

HoodLife Cycling offers free shipping on all clothing items - no minimum purchase required! If it is in stock, it ships free within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is also available for Alaska and Hawaii and for U.S. territories, but normal shipping rates apply and these orders may experience shipping delays.

 
Order Processing

If you submit your order before 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, most orders will ship within 48 hours! If there are any issues regarding your order, it might be delayed, but rest assured that our staff will contact you ASAP to expedite your shipment in a timely fashion. We reserve up to two business days** for order processing to ensure that your order ships correctly (and completely).

**What is the two-day "order processing" time? HoodLife Cycling is dedicated to sending your order in the fastest and most efficient way possible. When an order is placed it must first be processed. That processing time is different than the shipping time. Processing time typically takes about 1-2 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping, including any Expedited method, is in addition to the processing time.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are calculated in business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Transit time with standard shipping is three to seven business days, and the transit time with expedited shipping is one to three business days, depending on the method of expedited shipping that is selected.

Shipping FAQs

What sort of “problems/concerns” might delay my order? If we are unable to verify your shipping address or if the item you selected sold out before we could fulfill your order, we might not be able to ship your item(s) immediately. In those cases, a member of our staff will contact you ASAP to work with you on resolving the issue and expediting your order in a timely fashion.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?  You may include a P.O. box as your shipping address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?  Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you’re located on a military base, within or outside the U.S., please provide a residential address in the United States for your order and have the shipment forwarded to you upon receipt.

What shipping method will you use to ship my order if I select the “Free Shipping” offer?   While we do offer expedited shipping methods, like overnight and 2-day service, if you opt to take advantage of our free shipping offer, your item(s) will be shipped via the most cost-effective method available to us. 

Do you ship to locations outside the U.S.? HoodLife Cycling does not currently offer international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Returns happen. At HoodLife Cycling we're 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, you may return your unworn, new, purchase within 45 days of ship date, no questions asked, no restocking fees!

1. Email hoodlifecycling@gmail.com or call (443) 694-4132 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from ship date.

3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4. To cancel an order, please contact HoodLife Cycling as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them.

5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

6. To exchange your purchase, simply contact HoodLife Cycling to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
